Add a company
We find and add providers ourselves, but we will never catch all of them. If you know one that is missing — including your own — send it to us. This is free, and it is free for everyone.
What happens next
- We check the site is publicly reachable and that its
robots.txtallows us. - We archive the public pages — homepage, pricing, FAQ, HIPAA or compliance pages.
- Every field is extracted only where a sentence on the site states it, and each one is stored with that sentence, its URL, and the date we read it.
- Anything not stated is published as Not disclosed, together with the list of pages we checked.
Paying to be added
Not open yet — and we would rather tell you why than take the money.
VA Index launched in July 2026. It currently has 51 companies indexed (43 in healthcare) and effectively no search traffic, because the domain is weeks old. Charging for a listing today would mean selling exposure we cannot deliver.
When there is measurable traffic, a paid option will open, and it will buy exactly two things:
- Speed. Your company is crawled and published in days rather than whenever we reach it.
- The right to hand us more. A rate card, a sample BAA, a term sheet — anything you publish to us gets published on your page, labelled with where it came from. This is how a paid entry becomes fuller.
Money will never buy a better position in any list, a friendlier wording of any field, or the removal of anything unflattering. Paying makes your row fuller. It does not make it prettier.
Want to know when it opens? Email us and we will tell you once — no list, no newsletter.
Already listed and want out?
Removal is free, unconditional, and takes one email. We do not ask why and we do not argue. See the removal policy for the two things we keep afterwards — a non-identifying count, and your figures inside aggregate statistics.
